Red Lentil Soup

Ingredients
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 200 g red lentils
- 400 g tinned chopped tomatoes
- 750 ml vegetable or chicken stock
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Heat olive oil, fry onion and garlic until soft.
