Chilli Con Carne (No Rice)

Ingredients
- 500 g beef mince
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 400 g tinned chopped tomatoes
- 400 g tinned kidney beans, drained
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- sour cream, to serve

Brown the mince in a large pan, breaking it up. Drain off excess fat.

Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.

Add cumin, chilli powder, and paprika. Stir for a minute.

Add tomatoes and kidney beans. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Serve in bowls with a dollop of sour cream. No rice.
Notes
Make double and keep leftovers for lunch. Can also serve with a dollop of sour cream or grated cheese. No rice, no wraps.
