Ingredients
- 8 butcher's sausages (85%+ meat)
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 150 g green lentils
- 400 g tinned chopped tomatoes
- 300 ml chicken stock
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme

Brown the sausages in a casserole dish. Set aside.

Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.

Add lentils, tomatoes, stock, and thyme. Nestle sausages back in.

Cover and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.

Notes
One pot. Use butcher's sausages only — supermarket bangers are full of breadcrumb filler.
